Our daughter Emily Colon and her husband Mike are opening the Taco Shack on Rt. 1 in NSBeach. Mike is a culinary graduate and great chef and Emily has her degree in Hospitality Management. They have both been in the food business for years. They have been praying and believing for an opportunity and God has opened this door.
